Q. What are your hours?
A. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only.Q. How do I make an appointment?
A. Call us at (678) 384-4236 to schedule an appointment at one of our eight locations.
Q. Do you accept my insurance?
A. Comprehensive Pain Management accepts all insurance plans except Kaiser and Medicaid. Our physicians do most of our procedures in our Surgery Centers. These Surgery Centers may be out of network for some insurance plans, so please check with your insurance provider. Should you need assistance with your bill for the Surgery Center, call Kim Byrd at (770) 948-6824 ext. 102. She may be able to assist you in becoming eligible for indigent or charity care with a letter of financial hardship.
Q. How can I pay my bill?
A. Cash is our preferred method of payment. We may accept credit cards, debit cards and personal checks with a nominal fee.
Q. What if I can’t make my appointment?
A. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so that your appointment time can be made available to another patient.
